Laserchrome® Fine Art Direct-to-Metal Prints are the ideal solution for extremely high-quality archival metal prints. Our High Quality, Hand-made Metal Prints are printed directly to 45 mil (.045") thick Aluminum with an Archival Fine Art surface. Laserchrome® Metal Prints include your choice of a scratch-resistant Diamond Gloss or Crystal (textured luster) coating at no additional cost.

Our recommended mounting is our Floating Frame Bars, which bond to the rear of the aluminum and allow the print to be spaced 1" away from the wall and perfectly flat to the wall for a stunning presentation.
Embellishing a Laserchrome® Fine Art Metal print is just like embellishing any other print;
feel free to load up acrylic, add water splashes, use markers, colored pencils, or
even get some hot glue and make a mixed media piece!
We recommend Acrylics as the best "Painting" method on our coated surface, however Oils, Acrylics and Watercolor will work well on an uncoated print.
The absolute fastest and easiest method for embellishment on our coated surface is Oil-based Sharpie pens. The oil-based paint pens are highly resistant to wear, tear, scuffing, color fading, and scratches. The best thing about Sharpie is that they carry their oil-based markers in a variety of flesh-tone colors as well as every other color you could need.
