For over 25 years, Wayne Bennett has been a Professional Photographer specializing in Nature Photography. His reputation and flair for taking Amateur Photographers to breathtaking environments to learn and improve their technical and artistic skills is impressive.
Wayne’s passion for Nature Photography was inspired by “the Will Rogers of Photography” Bill Fortney. Wayne taught with Fortney's Great American Photography Weekends for 15 years and his experiences there propelled his own accomplishments in photography. He also taught photography at The Disney Institute at Walt Disney World.
Wayne has had two images displayed at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. He is a charter member of NANPA, the North American Nature Photographers Association. Wayne was 2nd president of the Orlando Camera Club and was honored by having the OCC's Annual Image of the Year named after him...The Wayne Bennett Award.
