Historical Restoration
Commercial Interior Décor
Vero Beach, Florida Restaurant Owners Joe and Mary Ann Conrado wanted to honor their traditional and historical-based community by creating an elegant welcoming nostalgic timeless décor for the interior of their newly built McDonald’s on US 1. They both grew up working in Vero Beach McDonald Restaurants and now owned several. The couple believed the sharing of Vero’s treasured historical imagery with local residents and seasonal visitors was a special tribute to their hometown.

Laserchrome Technologies was selected to research, design, develop, and produce Historical Interpretive Image Panels like those found in Museums and Private Collections for Interior Décor. Fortunately, Alma Lee Loy the "First Lady of Vero Beach" was our invaluable consultant. Her knowledge and illuminating insight regarding the history of Vero Beach provided everything we needed to know about significant people and places to depict the authentic and enchanting story of Vero Beach, Florida.

Searching the Indian River County Library archives and reviewing hundreds of historical photos was an enlightening experience. Organizing and grouping the images by decades was vital to the impact and effective image based presentation. Scanning, retouching, and sepia toning the images and selenium toning the backgrounds delivered the warm sentimental vintage look and feel for an enchanting unforgettable Interior.

Ten Laserchrome® 4ft x 6ft sepia and selenium toned copper framed Historical Image panels compliment the dark brown leather high back chairs, opulent marble tables, upscale fancy lighting fixtures, and old copper ceilings popular around the turn of the century.

Producing the Interior Decor Historical Interpretive Image Panels of Vero Beach, Florida from the 1800’s up to the Alma Lee Loy Bridge Dedication Ceremony was a deeply satisfying and delightful Success Story.
